- Log in to your NordicVPN Client Area, using your Email address and the password you choose when you created your account.
(If you have lost the password for the Client Area, please use the "Forgot Password" button on the login page, to reset your password.) - Under "Your Active Products/Services" (marked in Orange color), click on the service you have lost the login for.
- You are now on a page titled "Manage Product". In the menu on the left, titled "Actions", click on "Resend Welcome Email".
- The welcome message containing your VPN username and password are now re-sent to your registered email address and you should have it within a few minutes, depending on your email providers settings. (Some providers intentionally delay emails by initially rejecting them, in an attempt to block spam, but this practice may cause the email to be significantly delayed.) Please note that in some email systems you may also need to check your "Spam" or "Junk Email" folders or similar.
If you have lost your Username and/or Password for the VPN service, follow this procedure to get it re-sent.
